HUSC new indoor practice facility

Union Special is located at:

Huntley, IL 60142

All the players will enter the building at the East entrance. We will have an HUSC representative to let the kids into the building. PLEASE do not try to access the facility at any other entrances.

We share the space with Huntley Red Raiders Travel Baseball and without their help and partnership, this would not be possible.

NO outdoor cleats are allowed at the new facility. Only gym shoes or soccer indoor cleats can be worn. Please have your son/daughter bring their shoes in and put them on right before their training session begins. Players will not be allowed to train if their shoes are wet or have have snow on them. Only water is allowed to be brought onto the field (for players to drink). Gatorade and other sports drinks are NOT allowed. PLEASE help us to keep the turf clean.


We hope to have the facility ready for training starting the week of December 5 and the trainging schedule is posted under the TEAMS tab on the website. The facility will be 2/3 turfed at that time. The balance of the turf will be installed sometime after Christmas. There is limited space for the kids to hang out before and after their practice time. Please have your player arrive 5 to 10 minutes ahead of their scheduled practice time and picked up right after practice is over.

We will have a "soft opening" of the facility sometime in early December (exact date and time TBD). We'll have a "Grand Opening" in January (exact time and date TBD) when everything is 100% completed.
Your team managers will have more information to pass along in the next few weeks.
